Nurses
if you are an employee nurse some of the deductions you may be able to claim are identified below. 
  •  Traditional uniform consisting of a cap, white uniform dress, cardigan and special non-slip shoes worn by female nurses - but not non-compulsory uniforms or wardrobe.
  • Laboratory coats, aprons, special non-slip shoes - but not conventional shoes or clothing. 
  • Commission payments to a nursing agency - but not up-front fees, joining fees or search fees paid to a nursing agency. 
  • Renewal of your Annual Practising Certificate - but not the initial cost of obtaining your practising certificate. 
  • Nurse's fob watch - but not an ordinary wrist watch
