It's easy - answer some simple questions.
All you need to do is answer a few simple questions set out in 4 parts, it is not needed that you take all the 4 parts in one go, you can take one after another seeking your convenience, so that we can narrow down your tax return form, and gather relevant documents (You can see in Tax Return Check List). Then you're ready to begin. You should be finished in about 20 to 30 minutes.
Many of the sections of the interview are not relevant to you and you can skip them, please pay attention to the one that are relevant, but browsing through the interview sheet fully gives you an understanding of the relevant sections.
The information received in 4 parts is entered at our end to prepare your Tax Return to be lodged with the tax office, prior to lodgement the return is sent to you electronically for your vetting and concurrence which we receive electronically, by fax or mail, the details of our contact are available from contact us section of the website. The return is then viewed by our experienced accountants and lodged with the tax office and your tax refund will arrive within about 14 days. It's that easy.
To summarise the process is as follows:
- You provide us with the information to our tax experts with one to one interview.
- Prepare and send Tax Return electronically on the basis of information provided keeping in view the occupation specific deductions.
- On your verification and concurrence, we receive the consent to lodge electronically, fax or mail sent by you and we lodge the Tax Return.
The process is very simple and has information verified at various levels and leaves little scope for errors.
